My stay at the Hilton Anatole was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic and the Jade Waters pool complex was definitely a highlight for the kids. However, I encountered significant staffing issues that really affected the overall experience. The lack of housekeeping and limited dining options due to understaffing was disappointing, especially considering the high price point.

Rooms
8.0
I stayed in a room in the atrium tower, which had great views of Dallas and was generally spacious and comfortable. However, there were no USB ports, which felt outdated.
Service
5.0
While the front desk staff I interacted with were friendly, there were noticeable gaps in service. I struggled with a check-in mix-up and housekeeping could only be arranged through the front desk, which was not very responsive.
Location
9.0
The hotel's location was convenient, making it easy to explore Dallas. It's a real plus for anyone looking to venture out during their stay.
Dining
6.0
Dining options varied with some great food, but I noticed they were often out of items during breakfast service. It did feel like they were overstretched given the staffing situation.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were impressive, especially the Jade Waters pool area, but I felt like they could have done a better job managing capacity, as it often felt overcrowded.

6.6/10

I had a mixed experience at the Hilton Anatole. The hotel’s architecture and art setup were truly impressive, and I enjoyed the spacious room I stayed in. However, some facilities were closed for remodeling, which was disappointing, and I encountered several roadblocks with service that made the stay less enjoyable than I'd hoped.

Rooms
7.0
My king room was spacious and well-appointed, but I found it chilly due to some air leaks around the windows. It felt like the room could use some updates.
Service
5.0
While some staff members were friendly, I ran into issues with the check-in process and housekeeping that could have been handled better. It took a while to get the rollaway bed I'd requested, and I felt some staff members could have been more attentive.
Location
6.0
The location was convenient for exploring Dallas, but the hotel was undergoing construction, which limited some access to amenities like the outdoor pool. It was a bit noisy due to events happening during my stay.
Dining
7.0
The dining options within the hotel were decent, with a variety of choices. However, the breakfast buffet, while good, seemed overpriced for the selection offered.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel’s facilities like the gym and pool complex seemed great, but it was frustrating that many attractions were closed during my visit. I really wanted to enjoy Jade Waters, but it was unavailable.

I had a great time at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, especially with the spacious room I was upgraded to. The dining options were just very nice, featuring a raw bar that blew my mind. However, I did have a slight issue with the temperature in one of the rooms, which took a while to fix.

Rooms

I was thrilled with the huge room I got, complete with big windows and a living area. My only hiccup was that one room didn't cool properly, which took longer than expected to fix.
Service

The hotel staff was generally super helpful, especially with the concierge making great recommendations. I did have one minor issue with responsiveness that was addressed eventually.

6.4/10

My stay at the Hilton Anatole was quite the adventure. On one hand, the spacious rooms and the beautiful art collection made it a unique experience, while the high parking fees and unexpected charges added frustration. The family-friendly Jade Waters pool complex was a hit with my kids, but the dining options fell a bit short despite their quality. Overall, I had a great time, but there were definitely a few bumps along the way.

Rooms
8.0
I enjoyed the spacious and comfortable king-size bed in my room, complete with an immense HDTV, refrigerator, and in-room coffeemaker. However, I found the room a bit chilly and wished there were a small microwave to enjoy snacks comfortably.
Service
6.0
The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a smooth check-in process. However, my experience with room service was disappointing when my order led to food poisoning, and I felt the response was lacking.
Location
7.0
The location is convenient for exploring Dallas and close to various attractions, though I was disappointed by the ongoing construction and limited access to amenities like the outdoor pool.
Dining
7.0
I appreciated the variety of on-site dining options, especially the Media restaurant for dinner, where the kids' meal was free with an adult entree. However, some of the dining options were insufficiently communicated, especially during high capacity.
Facilities
9.0
Jade Waters was a fantastic experience for my children, even though it felt smaller than some other resorts. The heavy emphasis on family-friendly features was a highlight during our stay.
